Marica Harris is a highly experienced professional with over 27 years of experience in non-profit organizations that focused on women's empowerment, youth development, political advocacy, and leadership development.

She has a strong background in program operations, fiscal management, continuous quality improvement, talent acquisition & development, and client engagement.

Marica's experience includes leading teams through transitions, training and development, mentoring new employees, strategic planning, and risk management assessments.

Marica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilberforce University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
